Starting her career as an architect, Mashiyaneh soon realized that she possesses a great ability to lead teams, draft strategies, and execute exceptional results which lead her to further develop her theoretical knowledge by studying an MBA. Right after graduating from MBA, Mashiyaneh’s love of knowledge and curiosity led her to enroll in a doctorate program at Grenoble Ecole de Management where she focused all her attention on the role culture plays in the failure or success of organizations. Her thesis which focuses on the cultural evolution of traditional organizations has become an inspiration for a chapter in an upcoming book.
